Tenma stole into Berlin, tracing "Johan's" misery to his birth. And what he found out there was the truth about horrible experiments which had been made in East Germany. What is "Johan"!? What is the Orphanage 511!?

Tenma, who fell into a trap set by "Johan", is now wanted by the police as a the "serial killer". While evading narrowly the police dragnet, he pursues after "Johan" to prevent another murder and to prove his own innocence. He edges closer up toward the Monster by tracing his secret past.
